Yet another zombie game, this one having a bit of a different premise…
Civilization has fallen. A great plague, known only as Mutagen G, has swept over the entire world. Hundreds died of this mysterious infection, only to spread the disease to thousands when they rose. Almost every world military was unprepared for the outbreak. By the year 2021, over three billion zombies roamed the earth's surface, battling an estimated 3 million humans. The world has fallen into chaos…
You are one of the survivors of the plague, battling amongst the billions of zombies for food, supplies, and civilization itself. Will you prevail?

Mutagen G is a non lethal virus that causes mummification and reanimation on death. Those subjected to it's affects undergo a massive mutation, changing the immune system, motabilizim, and general features of the subject.
There are three types of Mutagen G:
Mutagen G-A: This mutagen is responsible for the zombies known as crawlers and walkers. The basic system is zombified, but not mummified or preserved in any specific way, leading to slow decay. Low health, easy to take out with a head shot. Can cross species barriers.
Mutagen G-B: This mutagen is known for zombies like Spitters and Lurkers, zombies that use projectile spit to send acid at opponents. Can attack from five meters away, and are very accurate. Bite is slightly acidic. These zombies are preserved better, and have a natural damage resistance to most melee weapons. Human exclusive at this time.
Mutagen G-C: This mutagen is known for the Fast Zombies, Mutant Zombies, and Super mutants. They are fast and deal allot of damage, as well as strong. Most of this type of zombie is highly unstable skeletally wise, as of the number of mutations that have grown on the corpse, but some have damage resistance. Seem to be immune to rot. Can cross species barriers.
Once infected, THERE IS NO CURE, however zombification can be reversed if it is supplemented within a week of death with a nanotech syringe. Cold seems to slow the process, and many of the early batches were put on ice to revive.
In game terms - On death, you will have a one week lapse of zombification. This can be cured by a living human or powered automated response unit… however they are usually infested with crawlers and the like.

Party Characters
Your player will be able to recruit up to 10 non-player characters into the game under their wing. Each NPC your character hires has a division of the total profit equaling 5%, plus division of small loot(hidden calculation, all non-valuable up to 15%).
Each character will have it's own stats and skills(Which it upgrades to your orders). You can't micromanage level ups for these characters, but on thier individual character sheets you can set them with a specific job, and they will best modify themselves for that job.
The classes are:
Soldier - Specializes in all wapons and armour, including repair. Strength is primary stat. Dex is Secondary.
Medic - Specializes in healing and treating wounds. Dexterity is primary stat. Wisdom is Secondary.
Engineer - Master at making things work. Luck is Primary stat. Intelegence is Secondary.
Scientist - Master of learning. Gives battle and adventure bonuses to all. Intelegence is Primary. Wisdom is Secondary.
Scout -Deals before battle damage to enemies and is master of long range weapons. Wisdom is Primary. Luck is Secondary.
Non Party Characters
Some battles may give you access to non party characters, such as grunt soldiers, healers, or general civilians. You have control of non party characters, but for each one that dies your mission looses a prestige point.
Other game info:
There are three bars you should be aware of - The Hit Point bar, the Expirience bar, and the Virus Counter.
Hit Points - Basically, how much damage you can take before you fall unconcious.
Expirience - Your progress to next level.
Virus Counter - Every time you are hit by a zombie, your infection level increases. If this bar falls to zero or you die in battle, zombification is immediate. As well, for every server tick after you first take damage, the bar will fall by your infection level, which is displayed above your Virus Counter. This means you can zombify outside of battle.
There are ten levels of infection:
Level 1 - 1 tick of the virus counter is lost per half hour.
Level 2 - 3 ticks of the virus counter is lost per half hour.
Level 3 - 5 ticks of the virus counter is lost per half hour, as well as stats recieve a 1% penalty.
Level 4 - 8 ticks of the virus counter is lost per half hour, stats recieve a 5% penalty, and 1 hit point is lost per half hour.
Level 5 - 10 ticks of the virus counter is lost per half hour, stats recieve 20% penalty, 5 hit points are lost per half hour.
Level 6 - Critical infection. Player loses 25% of virus bar per half hour, and 10 ticks per turn. Hit points are halved but take no continuous damage. Once player is at 10% of total ticks, they die.
Level can be lowered by one(But not below level two) and virus counter restored by using a first aid kit. Curing requires visiting a nanotech lab, city or automachine.
Death
On death, the player starts a one week timer. During that week, the player has become zombified and can now attack the defences him and his friends tried to build. Expirience can still be gained, as well as levels, but distributing points and skills is baned untill revification. On death, the player looses one level of expirience, but the virus gague grows by ten points, representing natural immunity. The player is disqualified from gaining a perk on thier next possible level, as well as natural healing rate is slowed for three real days, although medical attention still functons normally.
The game has a 3 strikes rule when it comes to death. After the third one, the damage is too great and the character cannot be brought back.
Battle
Battle will be carried out on a 20 x 20 city grid, with randomly generated obstacles. Depending on the players recruitment strategies, they may have up to ten units on the field, not including themselves. The challenging party(zombies) is always on the north side, while the player will always approach from the south.
During the battle, items may be deposited on the playing field. By moving a character over the item, it can be picked up. All items are generated at the end of battle.
Prestige Points
What are they?
Prestige points is how powerful of a character you are to the community. Prestige points are given for every mission, but are usually mostly earned by doing something superior, epic, or impossible. Prestige points can get you better armor, Perks, and even the occasional discount. But be warned, the bigger you are, the better a target.
They also add a multiplier to points in battle. They are reset on death.
