In exchange for the materials provided, you will be given a portion of the Personnel Allocated Income, described later in the document. All members will be listed under the Dark Knight Team section of the site, including Moderators. Anyone not listed is NOT PART OF THE TEAM!!
Any work posted here is bound by the Terms of Submission agreement in Section 10.
2. Income
All donations made to Dark Knight Games, whether material or monetary in source, are considered donations under these following rules, and may be factored into the equation. An employee, to be paid, must have at least one contribution a month to "The Game" and any one of our other projects, be they our EBook selection, our EBay auctions, or anything else managed by the company. There are three fields that the income section must cover: Personnel Allocated Income, Growth Allocated Income, and General Expense Allocated Income. Generally, these levels will not change, with the exception of what will be defined at the end of this section as a "slow week." Here are the general percentages:
Personnel Allocated Income: 20%
Growth Allocated Income: 20%
General Expense Allocated Income: 60%
"Slow Week": A slow week is defined as a week where donations have totaled under 200$, and our primary operating expenses are not covered. In this instance, 100% of income will be diverted towards General Expenses.
Note: DKMIS reserves the right to make changes to this part of the contract as we see fit, supplying a week notice before changes are made.

4. The Game
The game is our primary "meat and potatoes" project. That being said, it is our most IMPORTANT project, and must not be ignored. we will be designing and hosting many other online games, but this is the one game that we want to keep expanding, and making sure all the material is new and interesting. As said above, for the company(DKMIS) to recognize a employee, they must contribute at least one idea or piece of code a month. Warnings will be sent, but you must keep on your own backs!
5. Other Games
There will be at least one other project going at a time, and, as above, we need continuing participation! This, as above, includes ideas, pieces of code, and outlining new projects. Any new ideas should be suggested to the web master for it to be included on the forum system and linked to a decided topic page.
6. Other Projects
From time to time, there will be other projects underway by the team, including auctions, Production of things being sold on internet sites and through other suppliers, working on other trivial projects from the company, moderating and such. These are expected duties, and please don't shun them! To make money, we need to invest time and effort, and this entire project can't fly without it.
7. Payroll
Payroll will be handled by a system internal to DKMIS, and you will be paid as though you had options of stock in accordance to the rules listed above. In an effort for transparency, each member will have a program or log-in that will allow them access to view all of the records of what has been paid out.
8. Responsibility
DKMIS takes no responsibility for the actions of anyone considered an employee by the above terms, or anyone claiming to be under their banner from any country.
